You are Just In creditable!!! Well done..Stunning Work cmpleted!!!
Amazing, amazing, amazing - well done, Toogie!! These are all such lovely gifts that anyone would be pleased to receive! Hugs to you, Laura
Thanks Laura, I thought she would have picked them up by now, but I can drop them Thursday, if she doesn't come by then.
Pheeewww....lots of work in all of these Toogie! I am sure the recipients will be thrilled with whatever they receive.
Yes it was work and just when I was finishing, she tell me she doing another trip in November!
Hi Toogie, these are all excellent items and anyone who receives them will be thrilled. I hope Eraine's trip goes extra well. I love making the little purses with the snap closures and I might try that Valet one in the last picture, it's a great gift for a man. Love Chris
Toogie what a lovely lot of things you have made, a lot of time with these lovely gifts for everyone. What a variety of items and they all look wonderful.
I would love to know what pattern you have used for the towel toppers they look really good.
The towel topper is from watching a video from Shabby Fabrics. I’ll see if I can find it for you and post above. I guessed at the size and drew me a pattern. It won’t let me add the link in your comment/reply. I may send it in a pm so check your inbox. Thanks
I did this over time, some I had made ahead, but I can tell you I’ll be glad to get order back to my sewing room!
Patti I couldn’t add the link below but here it is.
A big fat WOW! I don't know who has more energy, you or Carolyn. I know one other woman--leader of our sewing group, that has the go power you both do. Makes me tired looking at it all but I love it all. I have been racking my head how you did that octagonal? potholder. I don't know where in the middle after the center block you started. Love that one for sure---can't believe I am stumped with that one but I am. All great gifts.
Truly a work of Heart, and such a beautiful collection of prizes. I’m sure the people on the bus trip will be thrilled to receive them. Great job.
The people always ask Eraine, when they sign up, if I am coming. She tells me they all want me to come. I told her it's just because they want gifts-lol-she says it's not, that they like me...(blush blush here) whatever, I'm not going this time and they still get gifts-lol Thanks!
Wow, Toogie, you are amazing! Such a variety and all so worth having! My sewing room would like a bomb exploded - it sometimes does after just one project especially if it's stitched of remnants and left-overs.
Well then you can imagine what mine is like-lol Today is the day I will start on it...maybe...unless I find something else to make...like your pouch you just made-lol Thanks and good to see a post from you.
You have created a wonderful variety of gifts. I like how you so casually (or at least that is what my ears heard;-) I 'only had to make" ONLY. Congratulation on a job well done. And thank you for sharing.
I guess I said only because usually it’s 40 people on a trip and I have made 80 before, so 65 was great for me anyway. Thanks for commenting.
Great job, so many beautiful items to choose from. I am curious, how does Eraine sort out who gets what, or does she have a lucky dip???? No matter how, they are lucky to have such an abundant of beautiful and useful things.
Eraine has different ways, but for our family 4th of July/reunion, I number the gifts and whatever number you draw, you receive that gift. Thank you
Wow these people will LOVe your work way to Gooooooooooooo
Gosh dear you have been very busy with your great work
I thought I would get my room tidied up but decided I needed a carrier for water. I will post it in sewing as it has no embroidery, not even my Toogie as it’s very busy.
You have been busy as a bee buzzing around your sewing room!! Really a great assortment of nice items and professuonally done>
These are super. I may have to start traveling with your niece's travel group. I especially like the bottle holders and the dresser tray and the polka dot wallets (?). You must be very tired!
I am actually making me a crossbody water bottle carrier. It so hot and it will remind me to drink more. Well, I’m taking a break. You just about have to when your hubby comes to your sewing room door and asked if you want to share what’s left of the ice cream, right at the same time you’re wondering if there’s any ice cream left. -lol
OMG Toogie.......what a beautiful assortment of items......you are a superstar!!
Oh my Goodness!!! Your brain and fingers have been incredibly busy. Elaine and the passengers on this trip will be over the moon with so many wonderful items.
I text Eraine (pronounce E-rain usual name I know) and told her I’d bring them my next sew day the 27th or she could pick them up when she comes this way to the nursing home. She said she’d pick them up. I told her she could clean my sewing room-lol
