Hi Martine, it's the best time when you can be with your family. I love your work, it's beautifully digitised. Have a safe journey home. I look forward to seeing what you knit. Love Chris
Wow, love the design! They picked a great name! I bet they will be thrilled! Hope you had a safe journey home! Hugs!
Beautiful digitizing and I know you have enjoyed being with your darling daughter. It sounds like you two successfully collaborated on several projects.
Very nice logo. Wonderful team work with your daughter.
This amazes me! I am always so thrilled to see a design one of our Cuties digitized but I really am amazed at someone ( and please don’t take offense) in our season of life understand computers and programs enough to do these things. I think you do so well. Love the logo and I forgot you have been to your daughters. I wish I could have been with y’all to learn knitting😄 I could always use another pair of gloves!-lol
Thank you.
Love your compliment, but I don't really deserve it.
My father wrote his biography on a typewriter and every change or correction meant he had to do it again. So I offered to do it at the PC. I typed it in - once- printed it, he wrote the alterations and that did not take too much time. My son gave him a pc for his birthday so he could do it himself. His 88th birthday. And he picked it up ever so fast. I may be just a few years younger than he was at the time, but I'd started using computers in the 60s, learned and worked using programming languages like Basic, Fortran and Algol. And since then things has been getting easier and easier since there are programs available for any thing you can think off.
Guess what I have been doing today: buying more knitting wool at a factory outlet. Just as well I did not go to Norway by car. So I had to stick to just enough for 3 cardigans. 34 skeins to be precise. I had to sit on my suitcase to be able to close it :)
They got an awesome looking design. So lucky. Love the triple colors at the edges.
It sounds like this has been a very productive visit with your daughter. The two of you have been busy. I hope your daughter carries on her new endeavor. Have a safe and unevebpntful journey home.
We've been working together for years, knitting, sewing, embroidering by hand or machine, but the distance makes it less fun than sitting in the same room. That was what made these weeks so wonderful.
Great job on the logo. Your daughter might just find herself developing a side job, getting lots of orders to personalize items with names and logos.
Martine it sounds and looks as if your having a brilliant time in Norway
