My hubby too has problems with AFIB. But, he takes his medication and has only had to go to the ER a couple of times to get back into sinus rhythm. We will be leaving next week for a European trip. So please tell your dear hubby to do what the doctors say. You both are in my prayers!! Loads of hugs, Laura
My hubby had AFIB a number of years ago, and after 3 cardioversions, and an ablation he was out of AFIB for nearly 6 years. His cancer treatment included injections of a drug that actually threw him back into AFIB this year. He was on no medication for it until a month ago when he was put on Eliquis This episode was the worse that he has every had. I chuckled when his cardiologist told us in the waiting room that he didn't want to see him back on the table for this again. He had done they ablation 6 years ago. But he did find new "circuits" that were misfiring. It is great to have good doctors.
Thanks for the update. This sounds so hopeful. The new problem can be managed. Praying now for him to remember and you to keep a sweet disposition about him being still and not lifting. The better you feel, the more tempting it is to overdo.
I am adding my prayers too. I just caught up with this post. Please know that you, your family and your handsome hubby and his medical team are covered in prayers and will remain in prayers as long as needed. And you and your family are buried in the biggest Cutie hugs possible. Trust in God and his miracle. I know He hasn’t failed me.
Hi Dlonna, I'm so sorry to read all your husband's issues. I pray that he will be guided by our Great Healer and that the surgeons who are looking after him and the nursing staff will be guided as well. Love Chris
P.S. Do try and get some rest, you won't be good to anyone if you don't look after yourself as well.
Sorry to hear about your your hubby. Glad you went home for some sleep. You need to look after yourself. Sending prayers for all. Hugs
You have put your trust in the right One, just asking for prayers. I am up late watching a movie but before bed my prayers are said. Your hubby and family will be in them. Love and peace to you my friend. Good night

Prayers for your hubby, dlonnahawkins. My hubby recently had some of the same symptoms. Our local hospital transferred him to another hospital with a higher skill level rating. He has returned to work but attempts to keep his stress and pace at a much lower level than before. We also now have LifeFlight insurance. Hang in there and have faith in his care providers.
Please know, you and your dear husband are in my prayers. It isn't easy being the strong one - but, know that you are not alone! I hope you get some rest, I wish I could give you a big hug right now! Loads of hugs, love and prayers, Laura
