You are a machine it took me 1 year to make 2. No more ,,they were for my teenage grandchildren Some thing to remember Nana by . I have the greatest respect for quilters but my sewing all those straight lines went a bit crooked sometimes ,they were queen size I did a lot of unpicking . UUUUGGGGG. My husband says I hold the record of unpicking told him if he said it one more time I would stick the unpicker into him and see if he unravels LOL. We got there but it felt like a marathon . I am a machine embroiderer so will stick to that .
I had to laugh at the picture you had me imagining, of your husband coming apart at his seams-lol
Yes we have all been there.+++++you can add a 6 inch piece of one of the other colors and write on that as if it was planed
Gorgeous!
Is it my eyes mesmerized or what? To me I see nothing wrong except it looks ready for a wide red border at the bottom. I don't see no mistake upon looking at it again.
The only thing ‘wrong’ with this one is I ran out of red for the bottom, delaying my finish. I now have the additional piece I was lacking. Thanks!
It was the blue background one that I got the colors wrong, so I had to compromise the design.
Another lovely quilt. How man do you make in a year?
I needed to help Sharon update her record for me and since joining in 2019 I have made 42 for Quilts of Valor. So after that I was curious to see how many other quilts I’m made in that time and it was 44, so almost the same. Some of those were children’s quilts but a good many were bed size. Thank you for looking & commenting.
Toogie the chain block is beautiful. I wonder as I have said before is just how you get so much done
