Heres what i was busy @ Yesterday 28 jars of pickled beets:):)Glad thats done .Hope noone gives me any more .

I don’t care for beets but they sure make a pretty sight all jarred up. My mom liked them but like tea, I never developed a taste for them. Nice canning.

Aren't they pretty! My favorite Italian restaurant puts them on their salad. It's the only time I eat them.

Yes there so wonderbar :):)I use brown sugar some use white and i cannot eat them it chages the taste
