Hurray for you feeling well enough to post. And what a beautiful finished project to show show us. Wear it with pride.
I should wear it since we are going into winter but I want to enter it in our county fair next July so that wearing it will have to wait. But, importantly, that project is done.
Oh I love this design and you did wonderfully stitching it!
Thank you Toogie. I've done this technique before but a long long time ago. Others in my group used fabric paints but I feel that gets stiff and brittle or at least way back when mine did when I did it that way instead--maybe paints or glitter glues have gotten better though.
Jiminey Crickets-I said you could see the sparkle of the PolySparkle thread when you enlarged it....I just did and nope I couldn't see it, sorry, just believe me, it does add some sparkle. The metallic thread is twisted with the poly. I used Gunold's PolySparkle.
It's lovely, Patti..
Thanks Kim, I am trying to accomplish some little things as I can. This had to be priority for me to get this finished.
It is gorgeous. You can't buy sweats this pretty.
No you can and thank you. Only our artistic hands and these expensive machines can do the job for us.
