Very creative and I like your hat stand, too.
That Styrofoam head and stand was a great idea given to me by one of my Serger club friends. She had used an adhesive and a tile you buy cheap at the hardware stores on broken boxes or returned half used tile boxes. I bought a clear kind of caulking and let it dry for 72 hours. It is stuck to stay and the head won't tip over.
I have no idea what an embellisher machine is, or how it is used. But you must be a professional. Your cap is gorgeous. Wear it proudly!!
Well, thank you very much. Baby Lock makes the embellisher machines. They needle punch fibers to a base fabric and you can use most anything. The needles for the machine have little barbs on them and I think they can use anywhere from 1-12 needles all at the same time. Lots better than trying to hand punch with a barbed needed device. And, thank you.
Great design for your hat. Its interesting how long we keep stuff before we find a use for it.
I'll say. I am a great saver of things just like my mom was.She saw a use for everything and was very creative. I even save toilet paper tubes for wrapping bias tapes I make or ribbons--and even cut them to fit over the vinyl rolls for the Cricut machine. Terrible but true--I label as to permanent, heat transfer etc.
