Appreciate greatly the updates. I love that people who have gone through something similar, with either themselves or a loved one, are consoling and encouraging. Prayers and blessings.
Both you and Vicki are wrapped in prayers and hugs. I think both VIicki and I are living in our own personal fun houses. Remember the wacky fun houses carnivals always had with the crazy mirrors and moving floors. Please tell her that 2 months after my chemo ended, My fun house is stabilizing. Hold on to hope and don’t let it go.
Thank you Jim for updating us all. We are all praying for Vikki.. The side effects can be worse than the disease sometimes. Hopefully they will subside soon. Be sure to get some rest also Jim. Hugs to both of you. Suzanne
That's some encouraging news Jim. My prayers are continuing for you all. I like Jan's idea of listening to some podcasts or talking books etc. I pray her vision will improve with time and I'm so happy that you are keeping us all informed. Don't forget to look after yourself as well Jim. Being the carer often needs some respite time too! Love Chris, Newcastle, Australia
So glad she is home and the tablet can wait! Praying for minimizing of side effects and for the days to pass quicker until she can cut back on some of the high powered stuff. Music? Listening to movies she already knows? Big cyber hug. Betsey
Thanks for the update! He is overloaded with prayers for Vicki and you, but he can handle it! We are behind you 100%.
Thank you, Jim, for keeping us informed. It's sometimes easier to pray when you have specific things for which to direct prayers. Keeping you and Vicki covered and am adding the vision. Hang in there. It takes a while, but you'll get there.
Thanks for the update. Home is always the best place to be. Hope your furry family are providing lots of tlcto help Vicki improve
The horrific pain and the neurological problems are -on their own- beyond a level 10 and well beyond imagination! The meds can really do some freaky things too.
I will continue to pray for you both.
Tell her to hang in there, the vision will get better. We are praying for her full recovery. Maybe listening to a book would be more pleasant for her. Please tell Vicki we all love her.
Thanks for keeping us updated, Jim. Sometimes the cure is worse than the disease. At least that is what my husband says, after radiation, and chemo. Just let her know that we are all rooting for her.
Thank you for the update, Jim... please let Vicki know our arms are wrapped around her in prayers...I know she must be very happy to be home and every day she will get stronger... 🥰
