and another
I just read today about the tribute to Vicki/Basketkase. I miss her so much here with the lovely designs she created. I show you Vicky's design FSL Christmas Dog. It's Christmas time. With a warm heart and bright thoughts, let's warm those who are in sorrow.
Found this in projects as pictures are visible there
Elf digitized from my friend's 10yr old grandson's drawing. Expertly digitized by our own Basketcase (Vicki). She was a very talented and kind, giving lady. Hugs. Nan W
Vicki was an exceptional digitizer and friend to all. She and Jim helped me with a problem getting on her website. I purchased the Melancholy #30 and posted my project on 7/25/2014. She was so kind and helpful to all who asked for her help. We were so fortunate to have her as a Cutie and she will never be forgotten. Hugs, Suzanna
Because pictures are not available to view, I am posting under projects.
Your picture clearly shows. You have reminded me of her Melancholy designs. The attention to detail was amazing. Yes the world has lost a very talented digitiser and Cuties have lost a great friend
Still can't see any pictures.....😪
Major work is being done to Cute websites. The issues may remain for a while.
I made others but I can't find them right now. I made 3 of the FALL DRAGONS. I asked Vicki if she could make me a larger one as I believe the original was a 5x7. Within an hour or so, she sent me the larger design and I just love it. I loved interacting with her. Rest in peace dear lady.
I thought to have found two projects in the same page but there are three. This is the second project: Doily with Magnolia design digitised by Vicki/Basketkase and the border of the doily I have stitched out is by Mops/Martine.
In case the photo here is not visible, below is the link where you can find my post with the photo.

I found another two projects I have stitched out showing designs made by Vicki. This one is an eyeglass case digitised by Mops/Martine with a vase with flowers digitised by Vicki/basketcase. The doily shown under the eyeglass case has been stitched out by me using border and flower designs by Mops/Martine.
I'm uploading the This one here. In case the photo here is not visible, click on the link below.

I found a couple this morning. I have so many. Many are not in finished pieces though. These are stitched on organza. I will do for these like I did her angel with lights and frame it.
Oh no, not again...No images are visible...Anyone else having this issue?
Yes me too and highly irritating but all part of the updating of the sites
Another project I have stitched out using a floral design by Vicki/Basketkase with a border by Mops/Martine, that I have posted in 2013.
If the photos don't appear below, here is the link to that post.

I found one of the projects I posted in Cute Embroidery in October 2017 showing a beautiful design called Peace on Earth made by Vicki. In case that the photo doesn't show here, click oh the following link:

I truly loved this design and used it in one of my snowballs...my kiddles love it to this day...Here's to you Vicki...Your design made my 2014 Stuffies amazing for my family...I will always remember this and you for your contribution to this community and the embroidery world. You inspired me and will always make me strive to be a great digitizer....You are missed and we lost a true gift to our community...
I stopped in to see what I've been missing, and saw your post. I am so sorry to hear about Vicki, her designs were so different and I really liked them. She had digitized a yorkie design and I had fallen in love with it. The tea towel has been used a lot but dug it out to share the picture. May she forever rest in peace. God bless her family and many friends.
This is my tribute to Vicki which was a design that she created for me
That is a great idea. I have been looking for a project of a design that she did from a drawing my oldest grandson drew. I did it as a picture for him, but I can't seem to locate it now. I found his original drawing, but not the embroidered one that I did after Vicki digitized it for me. I will keep looking.
