When I go to the downloads page to download my .jef files, all I receive in the download is the JPG file. Not what I need. What do I do, there isn't any help anywhere

There is help here. Can you add a link to the design you're trying to download?

The site owner has been working on all of her sites (look at the bottom of the pages for the others) for months. There have been some issues. I would suggest you try again at a different time today, as she may have been working on the site as you attempted to download. And I hope someone else can offer some more help for you.
