Needed a Pan Handler and this Snowflake from Tattered was perfect! These come in so handy, especially for cast iron pans...Thanks for looking Cuties...link to the site for anyone interested.

Nice! I think I have some pan handler designs from designsbysick. However, I’ve yet to make one. I use iron skillets a lot, and bc it seems my only bowl cozy I have for myself is usually what’s handy , I grab and use it. -lol- yours came out pretty. I was thinking like worthy, that these pan handlers would turn easily on you, so it made me hesitant to make one.

Lovely job, Kim! I like that the front is a bit shorter than the back too! Is it two hoopings and then sew the two parts together with sewing machine? I use stainless steel pans and these also come in handy. The cast iron is now to heavy for me to handle.

Yes the back is longer...hindsight I would flip it and put the long side on the top.

Very nice, and useful, handle cover. Love the snowflake design. But now you’ll need to make one for each season!

I love that and the design fits on it perfectly. Wondering if your handle holder is a digitized one of yours? I use my smaller cast iron almost every day on my glass top stove [carefully] I use a large one also mostly for a big batch of fried potatoes [the best in iron skillet] I have my mom's of different sizes, my mother-in-laws and a few I had, plus some old collectibles like the corn bread sticks and big kettle. Love the old fashioned cookware--My daughter said she was going to buy one...I took her to my shed and gave her a large skillet. Great for baking things in also. I so love these handle holders. I need to make another.

Your right can't beat the wonderful old fashion cast iron. Nothing better for fried 'tatters' ;-) or cornbread.

Almost to pretty to use ;-) . Great job. Curious, I've wondered if they slip when you use?

Lovely - not many of the younger ones use cast iron. We have a grandson that loves it. I still use it and have some that my daddy used up until he died.
