I’m not sure what he supposed to be but to me he makes a pretty daffodil-😊 He sure looks happy and that’s all that matters.

Toogie he is a daffodil. Daffs are the flower of Wales and many have been wearing them today. Children in schools up to the age of 11 will have been in some form of costume. Gruff has his Welsh rugby top on with a daffodil on his head
