Dianned , Thank you for asking the question. I have been wondering the same thing . I would like a program that is reasonable but want one that is easy and the best . Waiting to see your answers. A flower for you.

Check out Auntymdesigns for EM2. Margaret has a yahoo group for those who buy her tutorial (a great one). She is online a lot and answers everything and anything. Shows exactly how to fix problems, so there are mini lessons, so to speak. She has excellent video tutorials, too.
And then I found Thred. I haven't tried it, but have used some of the free designs that are on site.

Dianne, how did you digitize all those wonderful projects you've shown so far? If you can digitize from photo's you must be able to do the same with drawings.

I have been using Customiser 2000 Easy Import, I do my own drawings and convert them with PSP into bitmaps first.

Dianne, I am shocked to hear that you don't have a digitizing program - save for what really will serve you best for what you need it for. Most of those that have been doing a poll have gotten resonses to go toward Embird - not having work with any of them - I would only go with what others are saying - good luck and if it isn't now - it might be in the future.

Try the free program first then if you want better and more gadgets buy Embird.

I really do not know anything about either of these dianned or their cost, but look at what Rosie is doing with her Embird, she is so smart & learning so fast. I believe though I would wait & see what some of the other "in the know" cutes have to say before doing anything sorry I am no help *4U

I gather Embird is really good, but it's three times the price of Embroidery Magic!!
