Yes it was very scary to transport the cake specially to this wedding venue which was on top of a mountain and a drive was on a gravel road.Groom himself drove it up there a day before *4U smiles Roxsy

Yes I did bake cakes myself.Each cake is a different flavor(Chocolate mud cake,Fruit cake,Carrot cake and Madeira cake).Fruit, chocolate and Madeira are covered with marzipan and after that with sugar paste while carrot cake I covered just with sugar paste.
The flowers and leaves are all maid out of sugar paste and are eatable.Children love them.The colors used are food colors.
No i am not confectioner.I do bake just like you for hobby friend and family.
I do belong to sugar craft gild and I do submit my work to a shows.One of this day i will upload some of them to my photo bucket and will post link on this site so anybody who is interested can have a look.
