nonmusicmom, just to add to the good advice that you've been given here, I would contact the site owner, and explain the problems you're having. Give them all the details you can - fabric, thread, stabiliser, as well as design info. It's also a good idea to say what format you use. It might be that someone else digitised those designs and the owner is unaware of any problem. I've found that most site owners are very keen to keep their customers happy. Hope you get it all sorted soon sweetie, love, hugs and flowers.

I agree with Barb, just ask - just be honest with what is happening - who knows - someone might be able to fix it or assist you. *4U

It's perfectly legit to ask. Just be sure to include what you are stitching on and what stabilizer you are using. That way we can tell you what we used if we didn't have a problem ;)

Who do u want to have the problems, the site who is giving out bad designs or your fellow digitizers, who will wast time & money sewing designs that don't work.
Someone else may not be having the same problems as u & may have some sugestions for u. Let us know which site.

Just ask. It's a question that gets asked occasionally.
We can let you know if we have used that digitizers work in the past and what our results were. *4U
