briauna9, we all had to learn the first time, so don't feel like you are dumb. You don't know what you don't know until you know it, right?

Depends on what operating system you have - you can use winzip or similar, a program that unzips the folders for you. I have XP and just open the zip file then copy or move the files inside to whereever I want to file them.

Then when you think you have it sorted - one day you will get a .rar file - another type of compression file!! I still haven't figured out how to open those!~ lol

What type of computer do you have? What operating system? With mine, it is really easy. You just double click on the zipped file, and it opens it into a folder with the name that appeared on the zipped file. If I don't like the name, I just rename it, and move it to the folder that I want to store the file in. I hope any or all of our suggestions help you! Let us know if you get it to work or not. Enjoy! *4Uall!

Hi Briauna:
I am sure others will help you with this. Not sure if this will work, but try right clicking on the file, if
Exract All comes up then click on it. If it works, then an Extraction Wizard will pop up, click on the "next" tab,
then it will ask you to what file you want to save it to.
Click on the browse button and then choose a file to save them too. (You can create a new folder on your desktop) then save them to this folder. Once you choose the folder, then hit the "next button again" Then click on the Finish button. Open up the folder you saved the designs in and then you can choose which format is for your machine. If this doesn't work, then I am sure other ladies or Gent, will be more than happy to help you. This works for me.
