Photo Stitch:has anyone scaled down a photo stitch design, if so does it stitch out ok.

Kerry, whose photo stitch design are you trying to scale down? It may have a bit of a density problem - be very careful in how much smaller you take it - 20% may be too much! *4U

Advanced Embroidery, the one of Jesus. I did it to fit the 4x4 hoop but when I went to write it to my card it said too much data to fit on card, but the 5x7 design fitted on the card, not sure why this has happened.

just looked at stitch count and after resizing 4x4 is 43853 sts and 5x7 48640 sts, does not make sense, maybe resize again and see what happens. Used Easy Sizer. Will let you know how I go.

Ok I need a coffee, yes I did resize more than 20% if I remember correctly it was once said that you should not resize photo stitch as it doesn't work too well. I might email Advanced and see what they can do for me....
