I did what my ref bk said clean with neutrl deterg. it's not coming off. What do U recommend I use to get the dyde off with? Thanks U all so much!!

Ok this may sound silly but try a mixture of lemon juice and bi-carbonate of soda, mixed to a paste and patted on, or if a difficult angle make a bit more runny and brush on, leave it on for 24 hrs then repeat if necessary, helps if you can add the element of sunshine and leave it on as long as necessary. Absolutely works to remove rust on ceramic (bathroom/kitchen) tiles, i guarantee it, plus it is safe because it is natural. Another very good dye/colour remover (we Dollmakers use to remove texta from vinyl dolls) is 10% Benzoyl Peroxide Gel found in Acne Treatment Cream available at drugstores (pharmacies) not cheap but worth having in the home to remove all sorts of ink stains from all sorts of materials. Apply in a thin layer and leave 12 hours initially, check and reapply until the stain is gone, but be very careful as it is a strong bleach so don't get it anywhere you don't want cleaned. either treatments can take up to a week to work. Hope this helps, hugs n roses, M

God's speed for the health of your family. *4u wish it were 2! Has anything worked yet on the dye? We have a product here called "Greased Lightning" I swear by it. The magic eraser was a very good idea.

Miss Lil, I do hope you feel God's perfect peace surrounding you today, too. I pray for you and your family. I would try Clorox cleanup if none of the other things work....boy, are you gonna have a shiney, clean machine!;)

Glad to hear your grandson is better. Glad youth is on his side. Will pray for your daughter. I know how it is to be away from ones you love when they need you. As far as your machine goes, I would try one of those magic eraser cleaning sponges. They clean off things like heel marks on walls and marker on tbles etc. might be worth a try. Let us know what works.

Sound like some of your family med. problems are working out okay. Still saying prayers for your daughter. I can only think of 2 things that might work on your machine. Dishwasher soap, the gel stuff. I use it to bleach out dye on fabric so it might work on your machine. If that doesn't work you might try W-D 40. That stuff works on lmost everything.

Saying a prayer for your daughter.
Try rubbing alcohol on your machine. If that doesn't work get some of the gel bleach and use with soft cloth. If this cloth did it to your machine imagine what it is going to do to anyone who touches it or has to wash it afterward : (
