I agree with the others, if you did the artwork it will most likely belong to you. I will have to research this one.
digitized it for you it would probably fit in with the organization unless you payed for the digitizing. Then I would say the style is yours, but you must prefer the organization for the digitizing. If it your own style and payed them to scan, it is yours, but you must still provide the organization credit score for their digitizing.http://www.digit-embroidery.com/d...">Digitizing companies
If the company supplied the graphics and digitized it for you it would probably belong to the company unless you payed for the digitizing. Then I would say the design is yours, but you must give credit to the company for the digitizing. If it your own graphics and payed them to digitize, it is yours, but you must still give the company credit for their digitizing. The best thing to do would be to ask them what their policies are regarding this. For example, I get free clipart from Clipartopolis, I digitize it and put it on my website- the design is mine, the graphics belong to clipartopolis.May be Mary, or I or some of the other Cuties could digitize it.
This is the way that I understand it, too. Read Terms and Conditions at the bottom of this page and I believe that is in agreement. Veronika gives credit to the graphic artists, but the designs belong to her.;)
Well I supplied the picture. The first design was free. I had it done through Butler Digitizing.
and the answer is....
Depends on whether the company did the artwork or not...if it is customer supplied artwork it belongs to the customer...
Well I supplied the picture. The first design was free. I had it done through Butler Digitizing.
