Warning - almost certainly violates copyright in the USA, and Disney is said to be pretty vicious in enforcing its rights.
If she digitizes the designs and willfully chose to share them with others how does that violates the copyrights?
In some countries copyright is not held to what we know to be the law and even though they can do it where they are where we know it to be law we can still be held responsable for using it.the only time you can break copyright law is to change the item by 50% of the design then how can you be sure you have 50% that doesn't mean 50% colour either it is the whole design.
I know it is a violation....that's why I was curious as to where it came from. I don't recall downloading. And I don't drink and download to answer your next question. (just kidding, there);)
Here is the link for you Jrob.
You will have to send an e-mail to the site owner if you want any designs that are not the three letters that are posted not.Joyce is really nice, you will get designs in a couple of days
It was a dutch site and you have to email her to get it
Correct, but it does not have the extension .nl but .tk (that's Turkey I think). I emailed here once to inquire about copyright of the artwork and the reply was that she digitized it herself and was not selling the designs, but let you use it like a good neighbour handing you a cup of sugar when you ran out. Which was no answer to my question. So I don't use her designs.
