Someone found a design to make covers for CD,DVD discs, Can you remember where????

Join their Yahoo Group and when you click on moderators message up comes the CD Cover + more - Good luck

I got it from sanfransciscostitch but when I went looking I can't find it on their site. The instructions with it said project of the month. You could try emailing them I guess.
