Interesting, Like katy I received an email with the price n the $600.s little to pricey 4 me, but I have an Ellegante with an 11X7 hoop so I can manage with what I have 4 now, but who knows what the future holds *4U 4 sharing this with us.
I'll add link with info on All in One Hooper. I geuss it's the same, maybe not.
Interesting. I can do 5x7 on my Esante. Guess I just don't understand why you couldn't just use a 5x7 frame.
Is this something new? I have a mega hoop, but not the same thing, maybe the same thing as endless embroidery that Bernina has on the new 830.
It's been out here in Aussie land for about 18 months to 2 years. I "googled" and found that it is now is the "States" if you live there. Great If you are clever and can split your designs. For the larger Projects and then you halve the hooping. Flower for you ( Just learnt how to give Flowers ) So watch out
I just got an E-mail from Embroidery Designs.com advertising the All in one Hoop. Reg $775. on sale for $675. A hundred off price. This is too pricey for me. It also listed machines it could be used for and mine is not on list.
Sorry Katy, I bought mine a while ago and I din't pay anything like that. My shop of which I'm a member runs specials on club day and I think that what I paid for it was a really super special. Plus I think that it was "new" in our world.
Looks quite interesting, but I need a hands on to fully understand-LOL ... I've got enough problems with using the right stabilizer ... *4u
I forgot .. I do love your sewing set-up..looks organized .. unlike mine-LOL.
You havn't seen the rest of my sewing room. I have all under the house with just a little nook for the Washing machine, dryer and Extra freezer. Plus shelves and storage boxes of Material. YOU never can have too much material can you?
OK Rossi, this might sound dumb - what does it actually do - if you can only use your 5x7 frame - what is the purpose? Are you saying that the 5x7 frame moves to different spots - because of this? My head will just not wrap around this for some reason. Hehehe!
I'm with you girl ... don't get it (no surprise there ..huh?!!-LOL). I really need a video for this one. If it works for you, that's great and it is a very interesting looking hoop it all and very large. Maybe she can give a demo on YouTube - LOL - why not, everybody else does their thing on there.
well - if there is a youtube - it can be used on this site in the community section, too! Hehehe
nO YOU DON'T USE YOUR 5X7 FRAME. There is a frame that goes on the embroidery arm . You use stickt stabiliser run a line down the centre. AND that is the line that the sewing finishes at. Then you rotate the LARGE frame and do the same embroidery in reverse. I know I don't have the words to explain fully (I get a bit tongue tied) You need to print out the template of your design and use that to mark out on the sticky stabiliser. You don't need the 5 x7 hoop. The large hoop does the work. I hope that this will explain it a bit simpler . the size of the Large hoop is 13 x 21 inches (Whopper) you get 4 times the embroidery. So when you sew you move the hoop by unscrewing (the side of the hoop has wing nuts) and move the hoop up to the next needle postion . Interesting isn't it. I had to have a lesson on it beofre I could use too (Dumb me) I think that if you Google and Find hoop-it-all they may be able to explain it in simpler terms.
OHHH...I think I actually get it now. I would love to see it in action, so I'm going to ask my sewing place. thanks for the lengthy info. I'm one of those "hands on" people, not always good at reading and implementing, but show me and I'll get it-LOL. *4u
Oh my Rossie, I get it now - I was only seeing the 5x7 hoop and couldn't figure out what this other thing was or for - Hehehe! Thank you for explaining it. I would enjoy this - if I were doing lots of borders on curtains and hems of skirt or sheets. Thank you so much!
Wow, I wish I had half of alll that space you must love this baby. *
Interessant. Which are the maximum dimensions? Flowers for you
Still only 5x7 (embroidery field) but you only need to hoop once (or twice depending on the embroidery you choose.
Looks very complicated. What size can you embroider with 'hoop-it-all'? *4u for sharing.
Still only 5x7 . ( I think) it's been a while since I worked with it. But you do one side and then reverse the frame and do the other, Santi's Peacock is a good one to do. One hooping (4 splits)
