I would be very happy to share some of the rain we've had this summer. I live in farm country and they have been hit with droughts for several years so I won't complain about a few days of rain. Being from So. Calif. I remember all about water rationing and Electrical Rolling Blackouts in the middle of summer. I could go for a few 85 degree days though. It hasn't been that warm this summer. How I managed to get a tan is beyond me. I think I should add that I've worn my arctic socks most of the summer. Such an attractive look. LOL

Can you send some of that rain over, is on the 90's in here today. Have a good day you too.*

Lazy day, Micky. It rained on my last few swipes with the lawn tractor last night, and I don't know if the grass is dry enough to try the rest today. Kitties & I are cuddled up in bed with the laptop. Weather change makes fibromyalgia hurt, so I'm just kinda cruisin' today. Maybe get something done later. Y'all have a good one. Marji

Enjoy the rain! East Tenn. is clear, blue skys. Pretty, but we are still recovering from a bad summer last year! Always look for the rain! Plus it's a great excuse to stay home! Drink a cup of coffee for me too! AND I promise not to complain when it's chilly in my house this winter when I think about your house LAST winter!! Gloves, no less!

Housecleaning and laundry here, too. I'm having a bite of lunch at the computer while an emb. design is running. I'll be gone this weekend to Vermont and am looking forward to cooler weather.;)

I think I'll pass on the cleaning for today. It's always something around here, but I know you guys go through the same things at your home. The well is water well is finally working so the laundry is caught up. Now if I can just get the fuel tank back before winter hits. I need HEAT! I don't want to spend any part of winter using electric heaters again. I was so bundled up last winter it was hard to function. Even wore gloves inside. -32 degrees is no time for the fuel tank to develope a pinhole. This California city girl is tired of jumping through hoops. All in all I wouldn't trade my life on the farm for all that hustle and bustle of city life.
