Such a clever way to mix & match everything Workbecky your 3 GD's will just love to wear these outfits.
Your granddaughters are going to look so sweet in these coordinating outfits. So, so cute!! You certainly have been busy; and do wonderful work!!
This is adorable. I love the way you mixed the fabrics up but they are still the same in design. The girls will be so cute (as if they aren't already, right?)
Peggy
Yes Peggy the girls are adorable. I miss them very much. Cora wasn't even talking when they moved to Guam.
The girls will simply love them. I can just see them giggling as they get their compliments from everyone.
You could put the name og the girls in the heart on the purses. Beautoful dresses and hats
Very lovely, I'm sure they'll look darling in their dresses.
Embroider their 1st enitial? in each star. Otherwise well done :)
Oh! I adore them, I would love to see the girls modeling them You have done a wonderful job workbecky *4U
Thank you Lillian, I hope to have a picture in a couple of weeks. Still have to mail to Guam and the old saying "slow boat to China" applies when it has to go through customs.
These are so cute - wish I had a little girl to sew for.
Thank you. I am so glad my daugher has 3 little girls because I do have so much fun sewing for them. I sewed a little for my son (now 20) but not as much as for the girls and now granddaughters.
How cute! The girls will love them. Think the girls will be able to know their purse by the color of the star.
These are so cute - I love them. The girls are going to be adorable in them. How fun!
They are just lovely, I am sure they will look lovely on these cordinated dresses. You have done a wonderful job.
It is really beautiful.Hats and bags are just finishing it off. What a clever idea.I think your granddaughters are going to be very happy with their presents *4U
Thank you. The hat was part of the dress pattern and I just thought I would add the purses because the two youngest are really into purses.
I guess it's too late now, but I would have just put an initial in the middle of each star, or make the luggage tag with an initial and hang from purse strap with ribbon. What pattern did you use for the dresses? So cute!!!
I will look up the pattern number at home. Initial in the star...hmmm great idea. I didn't think about tags until after they were complete. I laid the different purses with each dress and then moved them around until I had the best combination. Excited to try the ideas I have been given.
Kay, the dresses are Simplicity 5540 (still active) and the purse is from Simplicity 5639 (out of print)
Becky - they look so sweet here together and I know when Sarah, Hannah and Cora get their dresses on they will have to pose for a picture for Grammy and then she will share it with us - right? Hehehe! I see you have decided to do something different for the purses - so the girls can tell them apart - hehehe! You will have to show those, too!
I am so fortunate they love the things I make. I will certainly post a picture when I get one.
Those are fantastic! You have been busy!!

The girls have seen the pictures and are anxiously awaiting their arrival in the mail. I just wanted to finish the purse tags before sending. Becky *4U
These are adorable, the girls will look so cute, you must post their picture, when they are in them.
Sorry, I can't help on the name tags, but I am sure someone will help you. I am able to adjust my size, in my format (pcs) so maybe the one that you mentioned was close, can be made a little smaller.
Jerri
oldandgrey suggested just using a design so they can tell their purses apart. I like that idea. The tags I had made were crowded with name and design.
