3733Nice angel. What colors did you use for the skin tone? I have an angel I'd like to do that uses two colors, one being gray and the other more of what I would imagine for skin tone. I'm wondering if I should change the colors or follow the suggested colors to get a natural tone. Any tips?

I love the natural colours. I would not make too big divergence. It does not look any more natural. But everybody has another taste. I work in mostly with Mettler and with Brildor embroidery threads.

With the angel I have used as a skin colour Mettler thread: "Mettler poly sheen", colour NO. 1060. Alternative of the Brildor would be: PB40 1060, PB40 1161 or PB40 2228. A lot of success while trying out! Gr. Hilde
