Teri, I am glad to hear that you got yur external hard drive - that is great - it does help - but you will still need to back it up and to have all your files somewhere else - in case anything happens to your external. Hehehe!

Oh yes... I have them burned on DVDs and securely put in the safe. :-) By golly, the house can burn down, but I'll have my designs, jewelry, birth certificate and passport. :-) Gee, what else is in that big huge metal box??? Time to clean it out again.

Lillian, do you work off of that hard drive, or just store files on it?

girl i have 4 of them plus 4 computers a dell a gateway quad core and 2 compaqe lap tops lol now my hubby said that should be enough to hold everything

Oh my.... I thought we were bad Mary... LOL.. we have 3 computers and a wireless network in the house. I sometimes bring work home and it SUCKS my memory up on my computer when I compile things... that's why I have the other one to work on. :-) Now I'm getting into this whole embroidery thing and finding I might need another system. Oy vey!
