Hi, have just got my first embroidery machine and have just been introduced to your site and got my first free designs. Have so much going on in my head I can't make up my mind what to do?

Wow, you sure got everyone's attention. I also have a 300E. Yes, it has an instruction book which is 47 pages. It also comes with a video which I have never watched. Jan

Hi Jan, will have to look out for a copy of the book, just a warning, if you want to be bored senseless, watch the video, although I did learn somethings, it is boring!!! Sheryl

Welcome, Sheryl!! I have the Janome 300E, too, it's a wonderful machine. Raels has it too, and some of the others. As for what to do, just grab something that isn't nailed down & embroider it! You DH will soon be locking his undie drawer so you don't get at those, too. Browse thru the projects, you'll see how creative you can be. Again, Welcome to our Cute Family! Marji

Hi Marji, well I don't have DH so no undie's to grab and I don't think my sons would be too impressed!!! Thanks for my welcome, and question for you, as I have bought this machine 2ndhand and is in very gc did yours come with an instruction booklet? This one hasn't, the previous owner is looking for it, but, doesn't seem to recall having one.

Welcome to the Cute family! As others have said, this is the friendliest, warmest, most helpful, most addicting place you can imagine. Remember there is no stupid question except the one that is not asked, and we were all beginners once (I still am). I don't know of any bunch of people more eager to pass on the help they were given and more. Celebrate with you, help with your problems, and listen when you need someone to just listen as well.
