thank you for this question, i love cross stitch , and in all those anwers I discover many sites that I did not know, we are really a great community
the site i posted is like a forum you have to register then go to downloads then look for machine embroidery then they have a bandwidth thing also so you can only download so many in a week

I have stitched out several of Vermillion's design from other years and they do out BEAUTIFUL! Highly reccommend them! See the link below.
Paula Dean, I like this site and have used their little baby book many times for a gift for a new baby. Here are a couple of the pages.
the great thing about it - that I didn't say - is most of the design or all of them that I saw - were FREE!
I tried that site and cannot get signed in in order to have access to anything! I have contact them for help, but received no help yet. Jan
i have used this site for cross stitch but have never stitched one out yet lol

Mary i love these designs, but how do you download . I know it sounds silly, cant do it though :(
I have seen maurer-stroh stitched out and they sew out beautifully also. I have lots of her animal babies, ok so I have not stitched them out YET either....ONE DAY I WILL
I agree, cross stitch is beautiful. There are (or at least were) 9 free bookmarks at Design Stash There are beautiful and several of us have posted projects with them. However, it was a LONG time ago. So they are way back in the project pages.
I have a licensed collection called "Watercolor Florals" by Jan Woodman which has some lovely cross stitch designs. It's not new (2004), so you might find a deal in a bargain bin some where. I will post a knit t-shirt I put on of her designs on. By all means try a cross stitch on a knit shirt if you haven't already. The density is perfect and it lays so good and soft.
That is beautiful. My favorite Aunt that passed last year would love that. Thanks for sharing.
I-would-not-have-tried-a-cross-stitch-on-a-knit-thought-it-wouldn't-stitch-out-good-or-look-good..but-yours-is-beatiful...4u
