I have been getting this same message for quite a few days now. Last Friday, I sent an email to Veronika and this was her reply :
'Dear Shirley,
Today I`ll be change hosting provider again (3th try). Im working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. Im sure everything will be fine soon.

I have to access the site via the community section every time I want to get to the site, and I am not able to spend much time on the site at present.
Maybe you should try to contact Veronika as well by clicking the 'Contact us' button at the bottom of the page. *4U
