Adali, if you read this would you mind sending me a PM? I would really love to know how this is done and can't find the process online. Thanks.... Mickey

I'm STILL hunting online and can only find books. How is a girl supposed to figure out if she wants to try something without first finding out what it's all about? I'm not willing to spend $20 on a book I might never use. Anyone else have this same mind set?

I sent adali a pm in the hopes of finding out how this works. I've been searching the internet for 2 1/2 days and still can't find anything out. Just books to buy. Looks like I'll have to break down and buy a book and if it's something I don't want to do I'll be out the 20 plus dollars. I haven't given up yet. Will keep up the search.

I will try to tell you the little I know about fusing fabrics. You need a sheet of glass under your work and I have seen a demo using a soldering iron. The best fabrics to fuse are synthetics, because they melt with the heat and fuse well. Just layer your fabrics on a cotton backing and use the soldering iron to burn patterns, holes, shapes, etc. Be careful not to burn yourself in the process. It is almost like doing applique with a soldering iron. Hope this makes sense!! *4U
