I see Grouply is doing it's thing again. Is there any way to find out if you are on the list and get it deleted without a lot of hassle?

I received a couple of emails. I pressed the wrong tab and reported it as spam, when I was looking for the "block sender" one. Will that work??

I got one the other day and I just deleted it. I don't know where they got my name Someone said there was a place to delete my name but I didn't see it. Another group said to just delete as one had a virus attached and she had to take her computer in to get it all off
