I use Wilsom true sizer, you will have to register to download but is a very good program.

I have used the Wilcom program with excellent success. Very user friendly and usually free to try.....

I use Custom Works. Got it at a Babylock Dealer You can merge designs,resize,change formats I don't think I have learned everything about it yet

wilcom true sizer is great
