Love your pictures, both the seascapes and the botanical ones. Makes me want to pack a bag and come to see for myself. I'm looking forward to seeing your quilt, you must have learned a lot during and after hours.
can u pls post the picture of ur quilt, i would love to see it, and what u mean by reversible quilt.
I still have to make a whole quilt. All I did in the class were two blocks to learn the technique. Reversible means that you make a quilt on either side - you'll have to wait for me to make one to show you. *4U
What Breathtaking pictures, i thing the cape region is the most beautiful part of south africa, i have done the garden route atlest 3 times and just cannot get enough of it.Did u see any whales? I love the Nelson Mandala strelitzia. lucky u to be living in that part of thr world.
We are lucky enough to see whales from our house - they were lolling in the surf this morning!! *4U
What a very pretty place to live, it must be like waking up in heaven every day, *4u
Know you learned alot. Sounds like you had bad weather( We have had storms here ) A flower for you,
How nice-the staying, not the storm. How did you enjoy it? I think it's the most clever way to make a quilt. Your pictures are beautiful.

what fantastic photos and lucky lady to have a tutor stay with you, Jo
shirley, your photos are absolutely breathtaking, I particularly like the bird one. Not sure who Sharon Pederson is but I am sure you would have enjoyed having the teacher stay....always a bonus. Glad you had some play time together.
Thanks Kerry. Sharon lives on Vancouver Island. She is an international teacher and has written 5 books, so she has quite a pedigree!! *4U
How fun and exciting at the same time. I think Sharon is going to be in Glendale, California in October.
