I saw the one Ruthie did when the design was first put up, and I loved it. I have not tackled it yet, but your post might be the little push I need! Thank you for posting this!
It was fun. I had seen so many different ones posted, I just had to try Veronica's. I am so glad I did. I have another one I dl when I first got my machine and didn't know how to do it but wanted the pattern to hopefully do in the future. So glad I did. Hope to do it soon. It has 6 or 8 squares.
Looks great. Frame it and hang it where you don't have any windows. It would make a great gift for someone who works in an office cubicle.
I was thinking about framing it for my office. My home has windows everywhere which I love.
This design looks great. Where do I find the design? I might like to try it also.
Thanks
I have this set but haven't tried it yet. Call me chicken. You did a great job.
Beautiful work...I can see this as the start of a nice tote bag. :)
You did an excellent job!! It matched up perfectly. I have two pillow designs like this I bought a long time ago, and never managed the courage to try them; afraid of the alignment, but you have inspired me! If my machine cooperates, maybe I will finally have my pillows. Really great work, and it did stitch out very nice! A credit to you and Veronica. I wish more people would post projects using her designs.
Thank you. Veronica's designs always stitch out great. Treat yourself and stitch up your pillows. :)
Beautiful!, Beautiful!, It would make a gorgous wall hanging or the center of a quilt. *
It is lovelly and well done. YOUr are good. Someday mayvbe I will be. *4u
It looks lovely, you've done a wonderful job with it. *4U
This is so pretty. It would look so nice in as the focal point of a pillow or a quilt. I don't see why you can't use this very stitch-out for creating that pillow or quilt. It is lovely. *4u
Thanks. I had thought of a quilt but also of just framing it for my office. *4U
Sweet,GREAT job!!!Love humming birds must try mine also when snow flies and have more time. Thanks for sharing
Thank you. I'm not ready for snow yet. Hate driving to work in it. But I love looking out the sunroom at it. hee hee
I agree with the snow driving! We have a long season, and I will never get used to driving in it, regardless of it's beauty. "White knuckle driving!"
Deb, great job - glad you shared it with us - why didn't you just put it in the projects?
Thanks To me its just a stitchout. When its completed in something or other then its a project. hahahaha! *4U
Deb I am guessing you followed the instructions from the link you posted for lining up a split design. Kudos to you for doing an excellent job! *
I want to try also, but have had other projects to do first. Good job sweetie!!
Beautiful That makes me want to try a split design. A flower for you
Beautiful colors, very nice work!! When that design first came out, Ruthie did a stitch out, too. I think it's somewhere in Projects, and she used different colors. This is so gorgeous, I want to do one too, and frame it. How large is this when it's all put together? When the snow flies, I'll be doing a lot more sewing instead of *mowing*! I have 8 acres here, and without a DH it's really a lot of work. My baby's getting dusty! This is just soooo beautiful, my fingers are itching to sew. Thank for sharing. Marji
that is very nice i would guess you sew it together to match right?
