I have done three diferent version of it, the redwork, color lines w/ filled hair and the filled design. What do you think about them?

Beautiful, Adelmarie!! I like all three versions, actually. Well done on the fill, I think you chose nice textures. She reminds me of Audrey Hepburn (I spelled that 3 ways & they all look wrong). Digitizing is so fun, even if you only do it for yourself. You can be the only one in the world with this lady done this particular way. That's sooo cool. That's why I love doing my stuff, it's just for me. Keep up the good work! Marji
