As you can see, I have been doing towels today, but had some things that had to get into the mail. This is something that I wanted to do for an associate so that there would be something for her in the package when I send the things I did for her girls. This is done in applique. The font chosen for the blue towel does not do well on toweling, but I was not going to tear it out. The pumpkin applique is from Sewswell Embroidery. I wanted to try to tie the two towels together, and had some color problems, but think that these will do.

Unless your camera colors are off, the colors look pretty tied together to me, I like them! I can see your problems with the font, but I'll bet she'll never notice, because it's something done specially for her. I think they're wonderful, and such a nice thing to do for someone! Marji

No - the camera picked up the colors. I just had not seen a mix of those colors until I saw the plaid towel. Had to decide what to do for a set.
