WOW!!!!!!!!!!!! Very very very Beautiful!
Congratulations! it is very beautiful work!
Gorgeous work and even better in real life - just stunning Ros. Hugs Claire
I didn't see this earlier...Glad it was brought up...This is JUST BEAUTIFUL.......
This piece is beautiful as usual! Ros, you are one of a very few that does this quality work on every single thing that you embroider. You should be very proud of every single item that you do! If I were you, I would try to find a very elite dept. store to sale the items that you do not do for yourself or someone special at a very elite price! Your work IS worth whatever price you choose to ask!!!!!!! I do not think you would have any problem selling a single item for more that you would usually ask for it. Most people, even with your talent and skills tend to under price their heirloom pieces. Thanks so much for sharing these beautiful items with all of us!
Thank you so much. I think that the joy would go out of the sewing if I charged for it. I do enjoy sewing . It keeps me sane. If that is at all possible. I must admit I do make a "rod for my own back" with a lot I want to do.Thank YOU so much for your lovely comment. I'm a pretty shy person and all these lovely things that you girls say about my work, well I get embarrassed, So I think you all so much
Simply stunning Ros - how big is this gorgeous tablecloth?
And what are the steps involved. eg. what and where goes first etc. etc. etc.
Love and blessings Chris
thank you Chris. You make the lace first and while hand stitching them together you could do the embroidery and then you attach the lace and do wing needle work if you want. I have the measurements and placement markings if you want. I think the table cloth measure about 48" sq. so to start with you need 150cm square of material to start with
WOW, that is soooo pretty. You did a wonderful job, and all those hours were a labor of love for your gifts and talents. Great! God bless, Judy
Life is too short to keep something this lovely in a cabinet. Take it out, show it off, and enjoy the fruits of your labor of love. It is simply gorgeous. You have made so many fantastic items, I must ask ---- do you EVER sleep?
Hi Gypsy, yes I do sleep, sometimes not too good. Mind is going a thousand miles a minute. I go to bed around 10 - midnight depends on what's on TV and what I need to finish hhehehe
Congratulations! This is absolutely gorgeous.
Your tablecloth is beautiful, but I am partial to roses. Great job! ***4U
very beautiful I don't know if I could have stuck it out that long but I guess it's worth it.
Thank you. Yes you would as you do the lace first . Then the embroidery and then you sew the lace together and then add it to the material. It's worth the time

wow what a work!!! i would be very careful aiaia a stain on it is really a nightmare !!
Outstandingly beautiful; I can see all the work you put into it. It will be an heirloom you can pass on.
Took a lot of hours. More so when I made a "boo boo" and had to unpick a section of the centre roses. the large design too. Took 1 1/2 days to do that. Oh well.
I know what it is like to pick out stitches. Only if they came out as easy as they went in. Wouldn't seem so bad. Mildred
This is just beautiful! I would only put it on when I was not going to use it...I can't emagine how many hours you spent at the machine, but it is sure worth it as it is a show stopper!

This is an amazing tablecloth. I haven't seen anything of this magnatude in a long time. All that inlaid lace is so interesting.
