Roslyn I love this so much, it is just breath taking. I went to the site you said for the lace and had a look. My only thing now is that I havent done any cut work before and know a little on it but will be looking for tutorials on it. I have a lovely rose design a bit like this. Can you tell me what sort of fabric you used. and thanks for all the close ups. I love it.

thank you. when you buy the lace design, they give you the know-how on putting it on the material. You just have to follow the directions. JUST remember, when you do the lace. MARK the centre of each piece with lead pencil ( Blue runs) on the Vylene NOT the embroidery. with the number of the piece. when you cut out the piece, leave a little bit of Vylene on so that you can stitch it all together before placing on the fabric. The fabric I used was a linen-cotton blend. But any good linen is fine.
