finally sit down to my 'puter with my morning pepsi to see how everybody is and VOILA I have over 3000 flowers. I don't think I've ever had that many real ones in my entire life. It makes an old gal feel good to think somebody cares. In real life I don't have friends, they are to demanding that I change and be something they want instead of what I am. So I sew, cook, talk with 'cute' friends and am generally at peace, but the flowers put a tear in my eye and thank you everybody for the friendship.

I am happy you have so many flowers. I AGREE WITH YOU ABOUT A LOT OF PEOPLE. I, too, have never cared for too many, but now I have a very good sewing buddy in a nearby town. We get together when possible. Maybe someday this will happen to you. It sounds like you work yourself too much. Relax and enjoy what you do have. Love to you.

You deserve every flower. Here's another one for you. :-) You shouldn't need to change for 'friends.' You can't call them friends if you feel the need to change. Friends help you to be the person you are meant to be. That way you are your happiest. I hope that makes sense to you. Becoming who you should be should feel natural and freeing. Oh gee, don't be so hard on yourself, I don't have any friends either, the only three girlfriends I had, have all passed, all way too young under 55, so, like you I come to my Cute friends who I know won't judge me but accept me as I am, as they can read the words from my heart, just as we do with you. It is difficult to make true friends these days, as so many people are shallow and two faced, they'd prefer to be wooed and pandered to and accept false compliments instead of genuine honesty when it is offered. I think there are many of us who can't deal with this kind of friendship on condition...

truer words were never spoken, you sound like somebody who rode the same train I did. Also add 15 years from an abusive EX-hubby (he's dead now)and it just seems my cute friends are all the more dear. Thanks for my pretty flowers they could never smell sweeter than when given with such love.

Ok No cats at my hse, just a yellow lab who thinks he is a prince....but I have to agree with you bout the flowers...just yesterday I hit 2000 and the smell was intoxicating :)

ok just happened to notice our birthdays are only 6 days apart, we should meet for lunch - maybe somewhere in the middle I think that would be maybe SOUTH CAROLINA ,HAHAHAHAHAHAAAHA (I'm 6-22-48 yuk I'm gettin old!)
