Those cartoons ARE copyrighted and the site owner sees it as a service from a friend to a friend. That's what she said in an email when I asked about copyright. The owner is Dutch, the .tk suggest Turkey, which apparently does not have strict copyright laws. If you do DL them, you MIGHT get into trouble in your own country.
