Well Meg gave you an excellent answer, let me just give you a flower ;)
"Clickable link" as you call it, is a Uniform Resource Locator (URL) - (which specifies where the identified resource is available and the protocol for retrieving it.)
You can either copy and paste from the address bar of the particular website, or type it in (accurately) but you must include the full http://www. prefix, for it to work correctly as a URL
Hope this helps. hugs n roses, Meganne
Thanks Meganne. I guess I asked because I've seen a few come through that aren't "clickable". Maybe that's because the full http part was missing... I put links in email all the time, but for some reason here, I thought there had to be a box like what's in the "answer section" in order for links to work. I'll try next time I have a website to list.
Thanks!
You're Welcome Solo, just remember no spaces unless they are also in the address and it also needs the correct suffix e.g. .com; .com.au; .ca; .org; etc. or it won't work properly then either, they really must be typed accurately, no room for dyslexic fingers, that's why I always copy nad patse. LOL! hugs, m
If it fits into the questions space, you just type it in as it were a link. When you submit the question it automatically turns into a link. If it is too long, sometimes it doesn't work.
