Letvia, I have a membership, too, but I do vote for the requests every day that I can. I look for your Steelers avatar, find the requests, & give you a flower when I have voted so I know I voted for that one. I know it's a lot of hard work to keep organized and to post every day. Obviously, the day a new design comes up for voting, we're not going to win, because there are hundreds of people out there that don't join the community here. But the days there are no new designs, there are certainly enough of us to vote them in. I think you should write a post about how the voting requests work, because some of the answers I've read here show that newcomers don't understand it all. And as long as we can select "voting request" and come up with all the request posts for that day, I'm willing to continue. Because some days it's just way too much for me to go thru 5 pages of nothing but freebie posts to find "real" questions that people need help with. Thank you so much Marji. I want to continue to help others, and you are right. I will post an explanation for all the new cuties how and why we ask for voting request. I know is not easy to go back on so many pages to see real question and to be honest with you, sometime I don't do it 'cause I don't have enough time to do it. I know it must be frustrating, I try to keep with the request every day even even though I currently have a membership. That is the first thing that I check for on the community section (the voting-request tab). So I say give the try for a couple more days and see how it work, I will hate to see you quit ;(

I'll try to do better, but I admit, most of the time I am in a hurry when I log in. If the request isn't in the recent posts, I don't go looking for it. Shame on me. If I happen to see it, then I do vote. I will try to remember to look for the requests and then vote. Tsk, tsk, tsk...

I like the idea of seeing the top five to vote for. We would just have to remember to vote in order. I think the best way I have seen it done is at Designs by Sick. EVERYTHING is listed, in order, so that way people don't request the same thing. You can also see your place in line so your request just doesn't seem like it is in limbo somewhere. I know I have requested things, but don't know how far I am down the list. It would be good to see your request progressing up the list and it might stir up more interest in voting.

Letvia,I do appreciate all you do for us with the voting request and I understand your frustration as lately we have not been getting many votes.I haven't been around here much lately .I will continue to vote for you if you decide to continue,and I understand if you decide not to do the daily vote anymore. I agree with minnieb and have noticed some only vote for the one they need, and do not even bother to vote for the other requests of the day and that is just not right.I also think when newbies ask for votes in community we should politely explain to them how to submit requests to you and that we all vote per the daily request and maybe we can get more to vote with us.The only way the vote will work is if all try to vote every day(of coarse things will come up and folks will miss here and there)Flowers and hugs for you!

I guess I don't understand the voting thing. If I see a request in the community for something in the Cute designs, I will vote for it. However, I don't know what to do about other sites. I'm only signed up with a few because there are to many to keep track of. Those few don't appear to have voting, or I'm missing something. Otherwise, I would be glad to help people get the designs they need.

I have been asking to vote for different sections from Cute (Design, Alpha, Cross Stitch, etc.) and for Amazing Embroidery Design (these site belongs to Veronika as well) and is free as Cute is. We vote to get designs free for all whom can not afford subscription on Cute or Amazing or in both. I post a request daily to help all who asks me to do so and that way we all can vote for the same design instead of many votes on different one. Thank you for your help. Flower and XoXo

Dear letv ia, I feel your frustration when a design doesn't get enough votes day by day. We just voted a few days to get jrob's familytreedesign but I didn't see that she got it, but I missed a few days because I was helping my daughter in Germany for a few days. I think your voting requestlist is a great help to get designs for the people that cannot affort themselves a membership. When I am home I always vote after the designsrequests are up. Please keep the requests going, its much appreciate.

When you click on my name you will see the link to send a PM, just click on that, or next to the community tab, you can see another tab that says "Private" click on that and will see the PM that you have sent or received. It may not mean as much to those have have a paid membership but I believe it helps them to decide what to help with in voting. I know the list is long and it takes much of your time. Some, from experience, may never come up enough to win. If you continue you may want to consider putting all of the days voting in one posting so they would be together and not get separated in the community postings. * for trying to keep up with it.

I don't mind going on voting, I do it every day I'm here. It used to work, but I agree the last few days it's less efficient. New designs get well over 100 votes at times and that's an awful lot! I realize it must take you a lot of time, but if you can persevere, so can I. Let's give it another week before you say quits. Flower for you!

I don't want to quit dear Martine but I have a really big request's list and I can not get the enough votes to move on. I know and understand that not everybody wants to vote but we are a really united community and I'm sure we can all be together to help each other. And I also understand when a new design is post at the site everybody wants it so I don't post any request when that happens. Flower and XoXo

I like the list. But can we limit it to one from each site a day?? I feel like we are pulling & tugging in different directions! If we all voted for the SAME thing, then soon we would all have the missing files we need? Does this make sense? AND you would only have to post one request message! I know I need one of the family tree fonts still, but hate to ask as so many people need a different one!

I know what you mean, but I make a request for every section from Cute and just one for Amazing, if I have request, for example Cute Alpha, or Cute Design, or Cute Cross Stitch. If you vote for 1 design on one section it doesn't interfere with another request for a different section. And I post one for each. Flower and XoXo

Letvia, I for one appreciate all your hard work in keeping up the voting list. I have always been more than happy to help others get their missed letters/numbers. I agree with you in thinking we Cuties have been neglecting these requests lately. I find myself voting over and over again for the same letters so another is able to complete the set. If you want to continue the list I will continue to vote.

I looked at the voting requests and voted for what didn't win yesterday. A lot of the time it seems when I get online the request I find is still yesterdays request, Not today's. So I miss it. I do try to vote for the others requests and I know it can be frustrating when your request doen't get voted for time and again. But the sites are public and not just for this community. So we may be battling new people who have just discovered the sites. Which means the community could be growing. I hope you keep trying any way. Thank you for what you do.

Maybe it is because we are in different places. But I put the request after the new design is free (about 12:00 pm USA Easter Time). It doesn't make sense to make an earlier request 'cause we will lose that votes. Flower and XoXo

OK, I feel realy ignorant...When I click on the "vote for this site" I am taken to www.embroiderytop.com. I enter the site and select cute embroidery which takes me right back to cute embroidery's site. So my question is, is this how one goes about voting for a specific site, or is there a step I am missing????? I love cute's designs.

When you do what you just wrote..that IS voting for "CUTE" But what Letvia is asking is that on each of the sites mentioned there is a link that she includes for a past design that someone needs...So IF we all vote then that "WISH" is fulfilled. You ahve to sign in to most sites in order to vote.

If you click on the tag "voting request" just under the heading ANSWERS Cute Embroidery the latest ones are at the top. Give Letvia a flower for every request you have voted for and the orange Thank You flower lets you know which ones you have already seen. Quite handy whern you are in a hurry.

Thank you Awelby and welcome to Cute. Everyday I post requests for the different sections of Cute and for Amazing Design too to get the designs free. All the cuties that need a design send me a PM whit the request. I have a very loooong list but try to be fair with everybody. You don't have to give me flowers for do this since that is not my goal. My goal is to reach the votes to get the design free for my friends but I appreciate everybody who gives me flowers and thanks them a lot. Flower and XoXo
