I am still fighting learning how to use this EXHD. When I try to burn it says that there are already files with those names. I have said just to merge them. What am I doing wrong?

Ya know AG, with me being here and you being there anything I say is a shot in the dark. There are many Q's to ask and answer. If you do not have too many things already stored on the HD I would suggest just wipe it clean and start over. Not knowing your OS or the HD specs I couldn't give you the exact answer. Sorry if you want to email me and see if we can get a lil more detailed I can try and see what is going on. Otherwise GL I hope someone can help you*

No one is laughing. It is an external hard drive. I'm trying to burn the files just from my computer, then from my external hard drive.
