I'm partial to horses, so you can guess my favorite, but I really like each one for a different reason. Well done!
I have better luck with polyester..I got some sets from that sale two!! I hope theyll do it again.****
Wow $3.00 is a good deal... these are definitely worth more than that... Nice job Shery... I LOVE the little doily the best.
Wonderfully, particularly the snowflake! Flowers for you
Sheryl, you are doing wonderful work - I love these designs - wasn't that a great sale on AE? Try the same design that was giving you trouble with the other thread - see how that goes - then think about - whether or not you recently changed the needle on the others or the one with the difficulty or if the thread is old, too? Let us know - what you figured out? Hehehe! *4U
Thanks Shirlene, and yes what a great sale it was, the trouble was which ones to get!!! Thanks for the advice shirlene, same needle, and I actually tried the advice of "Americangirl" about putting it in the freezer and it still broke but, only about 5 times instead of about 50, the first
Well, the freezer trick - worked on the most part - so it must have been that the thread was old and needed the lift. Hehehe! Thanks!
I use overlocking thread to do FSL 2 reasons, 1: its cheaper 2: no problems with thread breakage, hope this helps...****
ps, I brought these designs too, can't wait to stitch them out as yours look so great...
Okay, thanks and great these designs are just lovely, wait until you try the dove
Lovely designs. Is it variegated thread you used for the tree or more than one colour? The effect is very pretty.
These are beautiful - the tree is my favourite. *4U
if your rayon cone keeps fraying, it means the thread is getting to old to embroidery with. the tread maybe a new cone to you, but could have been setting on the shelf to long. i have used rayon thread for fsl before. i hope that this helps. *4u:)
Thanks for your help. I'm going to try the design that was giving me trouble with some polyester and see what happens *4u
These are very cute.
I was told that if your thread keeps breaking to put it in the freezer for 30 minutes, not any longer. It is worth a try.
Okay, thanks for the suggestion will give it a go, and thank you for your compliment
