I have just finished this cover for my No.2 Son. 60 hexagons, FSL, and
very fiddly to put together, but it is going to a good home.

It wasn't really difficult, more very
fiddly as the hexagons measured 3 and a
quarter inches across, and there were 60
of them, but he was over the moon with
it. *4U

You reckon I am? I said I won't make anything so complicated next time, and now I have been coaxed into making another
quilt, it will have 252 5 x 7 blocks in
it, I must be mad! *4U

Actually, for my kids, I DO let them know
how long it took, how many stitches, how
much thread etc., hoping they won't ask for more, but it doesn't put them off!

Nearly 4 x 1000 reels went into it. I've
already made him a quilt, look on page 192 (or 193), and now he has asked for
