Good morning to all. I have the same problem, my software can't convert ART format to other ones. I'm downloading Ambassador like our friend Joke46 has suggested. I like the little girl in that page too.

I'm confused, my 4D will convert from one fomat to another but this loads as a strange format that isn't even a design. Maybe I'm getting to old for this new stuff but I just love the little girl, she's so sweet.
