Making a Denim Tote bag website. However; I did mines without the bottom piece and I did 2 straps only.
I have been making them from "BABY" jeans/shorts from the resale shop (really cheap) I added beading b-4 I sewed them shut and made handles from 3 pices of fleece braided together. They are the best CUZ they don't wear out and the pockets are already there. You did a beautiful job! :)
TU...I would love to see some of your designs. I LOVE Denim. I am about to make a denim suit for church...I think...LOL ;) *2U
What a great way to recycle a pair of jeans. You did a great job. Will you make me one? LOL
Deb
Great bit of recycling. I normally get my children's jeans when there are holes near the back pockets in in the crotch (or is that the body-part, not the part of the garment?). So I do recycle, but not complete uppers as you did with the bag. Looks great!!
Cute project....I really like the belt addition.;)
Oh my goodness - where did you get the Calvin Klein's to use for this bag? What a cute project. Are you taking orders?
A friend gave me a few jeans...this was my first and practice went well. No I am not actually taking orders. They are very easy to make ;) *2U
I think it's so cute...now I don't want to throw any pants away :-)
TU...I am sure you will find alot of ideas to do with your old pants...the skys the limit ;) *2U
Great looks good. I have made these npt using the belt tough i make a tie belt and they can be changed to match out fits my daughter loves them. this one you have made is realy nicer than the ones i did. .

I forgot to mention that my handbag gave me the belt to add to my creation ;)
Boy was this a fight to get this picture on here. I sized it down more and it came up ;)
