Sounds like you had a wonderful time . From your excitement I know you will be sharing projects soon when you rest up. A flower for you
Glad you had a good time and learned a lot, am looking forward to seeing some of your things in Projects. My dealer is having a "look at the new Diamond" evening next Tuesday. Don't know what the price is going to be and don't even know whether to attend or not. Might make me want one and to be honest, my Designer 1 is still performing well.
Wish I had been there. I'm glad you got to go and I'm looking forward to you sharing all your new projects.
Sounds as though u had a remarkable, learning time Dionna, now you'll have to pass on your knowledge to cutes when ques. r asked. I'm like u. wish we could all get together *
love "hearing" that excitement in your voice! I can't wait to see what you have to share.;)
Wow, Beth that is so neat that you were able to attend a two day seminar - what a treat - can't wait for you to pass along some of that new knowledge and to view your projects, too! Get some rest and pop in when you can.
Wish I could have been with you! I do have a Diamond, and looks like I'm lucky to get it for the lower price! Whew! I know there are a LOT of things I can do with it that I just don't know! Hopefully our dealer will have some project classes now that we have had the regular "get aquainted with your machine class!"
It sounds like you had a wonderful time. Good for you! I hope tha you wil be able to teach us some of that newly acquired knowledge!Have a restful sleep. Sweet dreams!...Barb
PS. Aren't the prices of these new machines, regardless of the brand name, eye-openers!
Most definitely! My friend said she could buy a car for that - she was a little sticker shocked too.
I love paper piecing ...what pattern did you make?
It was called candy corn. I purchased the design Hawaiian Star - it will make an 85 x 85 quilt. Maybe by the time my old fingers can no longer move the material I will be able to complete it.
