I checked on Vermillion's site, here's the answer to the snowmen.

Note to all stitchers...
Due to many distractions in September, and now October,
(including a serious illness in our family), our Snowmen for these months have not been created yet.
We will make every effort to provide these designs in the next couple of weeks.
