sent emails and get a response saying they had received it but nothing else. Am I getting in a hurry or something? If my 7 days started when I paid for it I have lost 2 days already. Maybe I am confused on how it works...?

44904Carefully read all the e-mails that you have received from them, as you will find somewhere in an e-mail she gives you the details required, usually the e-mail address that was the payment email address + the name of the purchaser.
18860I had no troubles at all. I received an e-mail with the download links and away I went with my download efforts. The e-mail listed all the files and a link for each one to click on. Perhaps it's just overloaded, or perhaps you got them and didn't realize what they were??
4871I went for the same offer, and halfway through downloading, it stopped the process through no fault of my own. When I closed and went back in it started redownloading. I was able to download everything but it took hours. I wrote to EmbMarket when the computer hung up and stopped, they never answered my email. I bet they are overloaded with this promotion. Your 7 days should not start until you receive the download email. Make sure it is not in your junk mail or spam folder. I always check both. Toni

59Out of curiosity I went to that website, but I didn't see where it says that you only have 7 days; in any event, I know this doesn't help, but I do hope that it works out for you. Let us know what happens.
